How should I care for my cashmere garments?
To maintain the longevity of your pieces, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a specialized wool detergent. Lay flat to dry on a towel and never wring or hang the wet garment, as this can distort the shape.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $200. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. You can initiate a return or exchange through our online portal for a full refund or store credit.
