At Cove Cashmere, we want you to be completely delighted with your luxury knitwear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your cashmere items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
